Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time (20h/week) Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us provide an outstanding experience for our international customers!

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via email and phone to provide timely and helpful support.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice on our supplements.
  • Managing orders, returns, and inquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to help us improve.
Requirements
  • Fluency in one of the following language combinations:
    • German, Italian, and English
    • French, Spanish, and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you have a natural talent for making people feel understood and supported.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Interest in nutrition and wellness—a background in nutrition or health sciences is a plus, but enthusiasm for the field is just as important!
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Gorgias is an asset.
