Depending on the team that successful candidates will join, responsibilities vary:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Provide and maintain strong professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
- Work towards reaching targets set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues faced
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively
- Turn every customer into a happy customer!
