The Germany country manager will be responsible for FieldBees commercial success in Germany, and will be a part of the senior commercial team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Among other things, you will be responsible for:
Leading all sales and marketing activities towards the German market - across all channels.
A commercially-oriented person with a relentless drive for success.
Goal-driven and comfortable with blazing new paths.
Positive, respectful, energetic and inspiring to others.
Analytical, with good planning and organisational skills
Very developed communication skills
Background in farming, or in ag-machinery/ ag-tech sales.
Minimum of 3 years in commercial managerial positions.
Higher education in a related field.
Lives in the Hesse region (and can travel to all Germany).
Native German and good working English.
