Job Description

Req#: R0170636 Counterintelligence Research Desk Officer

Key Role:

Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to research and compile country information on assigned Joint Deterrent Areas (JDA) to create and update country pages and Common Operating Picture (COP) to prioritize, coordinate, and integrate CI/HUMINT operations. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems by prioritizing, integrating, and coordinating activities within their JDA as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). Brief senior leadership on activities as the SME for their JDA. Coordinate with branches daily to meet requirements and identify gaps in the collection in support of the commander's objectives. Translate and integrate mission priorities to action officers, enhancing operations and special projects down to the component level. Increase understanding of theater priorities and tasking requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience conducting support to CI/HUMINT operations
  • 3+ years of experience with a Combatant Command
  • Experience with DoD knowledge management regulations and policies
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration
  • Ability to use Google Earth COP/UDOP creation tools
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with NATO and European Partner Nations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
