  • Proven success in designing and installing industrial control systems
  • Solid understanding of control circuits, wiring practices, and global electrical standards
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (additional experience with PCs or alternate control systems is a plus)
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Project management experience (3–5 years )
  • Willingness to travel for client site visits and installation support
  • A degree is beneficial but not required—your skills and experience speak volumes

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Competitive health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • On-the-job training and opportunities to expand your skillset
  • A supportive, family-oriented environment that encourages growth and values craftsmanship

Be part of a company that doesn't just build machines—it builds long-term partnerships and careers. Apply today to start your next chapter.
