About this Position As a part of Henkel’s Cyber Security team, you will be a key player to drive Henkel’s compliance with cyber regulations and thus help mitigate cyber risks for Henkel.

What you´ll do

• Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations
• Analyze new laws and regulations and identify actions Henkel needs to take
• Manage projects and processes to implement regulatory requirements
• Improve the IT control framework to cover new controls needed to comply with regulations
• Consult on the effective implementation of IT controls
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity regulations, trends, threats, and technologies

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, IT-Security, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR)
• Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT-architectures
• Proficient oral and written English and German language skills
