Overview

Construction Supervisor - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract. We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Supervisor to join their team.

What you’ll do

• Monitor daily EPCM contractor activities and progress on logistics buildings, spending the majority of time in the field.
• Report regularly to construction leadership on project status, issues, and milestones.
• Lead meetings as required to coordinate between disciplines and resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What you’ll need

• Requires extensive experience in industrial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience working on projects valued at €100 million or more.
• Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
