To support our global workplace projects, we’re looking for a Construction Procurement Specialist. You’ll play a key part in selecting the right partners, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring our projects deliver long‑term value. You’ll work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to support efficient, transparent, and well‑structured procurement across our global portfolio.

In this role, you will:

• Own end‑to‑end procurement activities for construction, fit‑out, renovation, and related technical services.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Project Execution and Delivery, Office Administration, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants – general contractors, architects, project managers, specialist consultants, etc.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, and tenders, ensuring fair and structured vendor selection.
• Develop clear comparative analyses to support internal decision‑making.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and contracts in collaboration with the Legal and Project Execution and Delivery teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance, as well as contractual obligations throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Maintain procurement systems, documentation, reporting, and market insights related to construction spend.

• A solid understanding of construction procurement processes, contract types, and supplier markets.
• Hands‑on experience with tendering, negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), with additional languages being a plus.
• Experience in an international or multi‑site environment.
• Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, or responsible sourcing practices in construction.
