Compliance & Office KL Group Manager (f/m/d) page is loaded## Compliance & Office KL Group Manager (f/m/d)locations: Münchentime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00095884**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Framework Development: Enhance the FCS group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) that sets minimum standards for all units and develop mandatory policies aligned with FCO guidelines while allowing flexibility for local adaptations* Decentralized Governance: Enhance the Compliance Committee function across business units and establish an effective compliance reporting system. Implement a matrix reporting structure to ensure transparency and accountability* Investigations: Support and lead compliance investigations in alignment with the Head of Compliance and FCO Head of Corporate Audit* Risk Assessment: Conduct annual compliance risk assessments for each unit based on local regulations and business activities. Develop risk heat maps to identify high-risk areas and prioritize resources effectively* Training & Awareness: Roll out group-wide compliance training programs with localized content for regional regulations. Utilize e-learning platforms for consistency and tracking* Monitoring & Auditing: Implement centralized monitoring tools for policy adherence. Schedule periodic assurance audits for decentralized units, focusing on high-risk processes* Reporting & Escalation: Define standardized reporting templates for all units to ensure consistent and transparent communication* Technology Enablement: Drive the long-term development and deployment of a compliance management system accessible to all units for policy updates, reporting, and tracking* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Freudenberg Corporate Functions)# Qualifications:* University degree in Law, Business, or a related field with a focus on Compliance or Risk Management* 5+ years of experience in compliance, governance, or risk management within an international environment* Proven expertise in compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and investigation processes* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices* Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset* Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organizationThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
