Implement a matrix reporting structure to ensure transparency and accountability* Investigations: Support and lead compliance investigations in alignment with the Head of Compliance and FCO Head of Corporate Audit* Risk Assessment: Conduct annual compliance risk assessments for each unit based on local regulations and business activities. Develop risk heat maps to identify high-risk areas and prioritize resources effectively* Training & Awareness: Roll out group-wide compliance training programs with localized content for regional regulations. Utilize e-learning platforms for consistency and tracking* Monitoring & Auditing: Implement centralized monitoring tools for policy adherence.
