Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:Operate CNC lathes and milling machines (DMG; HERMLE) to ensure efficient and effective production.
• Programming and Setup:Independently program (Siemens control) and set up machines, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Process Management:Oversee the entire production process from programming to the final workpiece, focusing on express and prototype production.
• Production:Handle single and series production, primarily small series with an emphasis on stainless steels.
• Documentation:Create and maintain process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism.
• Process Improvement:Support process engineers in developing production processes and propose continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background :Completed vocational training in the metal sector, such as cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Experience:3-5 years of professional experience is desirable.
• Language Proficiency:Proficient knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written.
