A major manufacturer of advanced products is seeking a customer service representative to provide technical support and assistance. The role requires fluency in French, Dutch, and English, along with prior experience in customer service or client management. The representative will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to departmental standards. This position is based in Maastricht, Netherlands.
As a major manufacturer of technically advanced products your role will be based in Maastricht, Netherlands and you will focus on supporting a varied customer base to deliver safe and reliable customer service and product oriented technical support.
You will be active in responding to inquiries from customers concerning product operation, troubleshooting, specifications etc.
On a daily basis you will be in charge of effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues and answering questions ensuring support and solutions provided are aligned with Department and Standard Operating Procedures.
In order to apply you will be a candidate who has the ability to speak French and Dutch languages as well as English.
In order to succeed in this role it is likely you have had some customer service or support experience either in a contact centre, retail / hospitality business office or helpdesk environment or relevant work experience in client management.
