Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektvertrieb.
• Erfahrung in Preisverhandlungen und Projektmanagement.
• Bereitschaft zur Reise innerhalb Deutschlands.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Verkauf von IT-Projekten auf Basis von OpenText Produkten.
• Übernahme des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses von der Angebotsgenehmigung bis zur Nachverfolgung.
• Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Als Client Manager entwickeln, erweitern und verkaufen Sie IT-Projekte auf der Basis von OpenText Software Produkten. In Abstimmung mit dem Account Executive entwickeln Sie die digitale Strategie für Informationsmanagement-Lösungen für Ihre Kunden. Sie können in dieser Position von remote aus arbeiten, müssen aber bereits in Deutschland ansässig sein.

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS

• Qualifizierung der Kundenbedürfnisse im Bereich Professional Services und Verkauf von IT-Projekten (z.B. Consultancy Services bei Migrationen, Managed Services, Learning Services, etc.)
• Betreuung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses, einschließlich Angebotsgenehmigung, -erstellung, -präsentation und -verhandlung
• Aufwandsschätzungen und interne Abstimmung von Vertragsinhalten
• Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen (RFP/RFI)
• Follow-up nach Vertragsunterzeichnung zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  
  

DAS ERWARTEN WIR VON IHNEN

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektvertrieb
• Erfahrung in Preisverhandlungen sowie verschiedenen Projektstaffing-Ansätzen
• Background im IT Projektmanagement / Service Delivery
• Bereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands zu Kunden- und internen Meetings zu reisen, Firmenwagen vorhanden (ca. 30-40 %)
• Erfahrung im Verhandeln von AGBs is wünschenswert
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
