A leading IT company in Frankfurt is looking for a Client Director to manage renewals and upsells for major accounts. You will lead executive relationship management and collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve financial targets. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in enterprise technology sales and be native German speakers. This position offers flexible hours, unlimited vacation, and the option for remote work.
You will be responsible for renewals and upsells with a defined set of Nexthink largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting Support and Professional Services in supporting our most esteemed clients.
