Discover attractive market opportunities, Jobs To Be Done / customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies. Figure out what problems we’re solving, for whom, why, and the market size.
Define value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers and what is success in 1-3 years.
Launch and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S) using low/no code tools. Measure the KPIs that matter.
Lead as an interim founder until we hire external leadership. Help recruit. Jump in and help out existing ventures when needed.
Rinse and repeat.
Requirements
