A leading advisory firm in Leipzig is seeking a Partner for HRIT Transformation to drive transformation agendas and lead strategic developments. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in HRIT, a degree in business informatics, and fluency in both German and English. Responsibilities include developing strategies and overseeing transformation programmes. This position offers a market-facing role within the DACH region and a strong emphasis on client relations.
We’re working with an advisory firm that’s looking to strengthen its senior leadership team with a Partner who can drive the next stage of their HR and IT transformation agenda. This is a senior, market-facing role where you’ll shape strategy, lead complex transformation programmes, and play a key part in further building the firm’s presence across the DACH region.
You’ll take a leading role in the strategic development of the practice – professionally, structurally, culturally, and in terms of people. Alongside this, you’ll guide and expand the firm’s core consulting areas across Digital, ERP, IT, and HR Transformation.
Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong market orientation matter most here. A background in consulting helps, but the ability to inspire and drive transformation is fundamental.
