Your warehouses have the perfect balance between incoming and outgoing goods and you negotiate the best offers for the necessary replenishment. You set the course for a smooth flow of goods and become indispensable to our team.

Your tasks are:

• You ensure optimal delivery and always keep an eye on current stocks.
• Obtaining, evaluating and renegotiating offers - no problem for you, even in an international environment.
• You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and control of orders, including complaints management and invoice verification.
• You carry out analyses, create reports and present your results and key figures.
• You will monitor the market and provide valuable support in strategic planning.

What we expect from you:

• You have commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or similar.
• You also have professional experience in international procurement, ideally in a production environment.
• You have a very good understanding of processes and are very familiar with the regulations for importing goods.
• Plus, not a must: You are familiar with contract law.
• You are IT-savvy and confident in using MS Office (especially Excel), Navision and Power BI.
• Your fluency in German and English rounds off your profile.
