Business Unit Manager Agriculture – Hamburg‑based commodities division.

Mission
  • Develop the group strategy, policies, objectives, KPIs, and business development plan for the German market.
  • Define, set up, coordinate, delegate, supervise and manage the overall CTD organization for the Business Unit Agriculture.
  • Lead and develop a team of case workers and certified inspectors.
  • Own key accounts and expand the supplier network.
  • Monitor and control P&L of commodity services and production, managing finance, income, cost and monthly reporting.
  • Participate in preparing the yearly budget.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least five years in a similar role, with two or more years in technical or disciplinary leadership.
  • Proficient with CRM, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Fluent German and very good English (C1).
