Job Responsibilities:

• Representing and executing client delivery and services processes to handle various client initiatives
• Developing strong client relationships and promoting opportunities to better support their business objectives
• Ensuring the alignment with both business and technology partners, including executives, and project stakeholders across the initiative ecosystem
• Be able to quickly grasp the client business requirements along with desired outcomes and solutioning opportunities
• Lead the overall elicitation of project requirements management, identifying, researching, analyzing, and writing client user stories / business requirements
• Working closely with Product Management, provide consultation on product best practices and insight into product capabilities
• Provide expertise and guidance on product and supporting usage and functions
• Provide expert guidance in the development and approval of overall testing artifacts, user documentation and blended/collaborative learning plans
• Ensure applicable business and system development methodologies are consistently followed and constantly improved
• Provide some history/context of success in effectively driving project delivery

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Operations or related field is required
• 7+ years of experience in Business and/and or IT project management is required
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial / Banking Services Industry is preferred
• Must have experience in building requirements, user stories, APIs, web services and UI models
• Must have experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Working knowledge / understanding of business financial practices and business accounting
• Experience with various software development lifecycle methodologies, to include Waterfall, and Agile is preferred
• Some technology integration and enterprise data experience will be a plus
• An ability to travel as required
