Onze oorsprong ligt bij Expert Webdesign , waarbij wij websites voor allerlei bedrijvenontwikkelden. Zo ook voor recreatie ondernemers. Hier kwamen we telkens hetzelfde probleem tegen : de websites liepen ver voor op de markt en concurrentie, maar misten de mogelijkheid om direct via de website een vakantie te boeken. Klanten moesten hiervoor telefonisch contact opnemen met de receptie of uitwijken naar externe boekingsplatforms. Dit moest beter en gemakkelijker, dachten we.

Daarom zijn we om tafel gegaan met allerlei partijen als receptionistes, parkmanagers, technische diensten, schoonmakers, slagboompartijen en de directie, om vanuit diverse perspectieven de knelpunten in kaart te brengen. Het resultaat was de ontwikkeling van een innovatief reserveringssysteem dat alle benodigdheden voor recreatiebedrijven integreert. Zo is in 2011 Booking Experts ontstaan. Onsboekingsplatform is uitgegroeid tot hét platform voor vakantieparken, campings, hotels in diverse landen.

Om aan de groeiende vraag te voldoen, hebben we in 2017 ons marketingbureau Booking Boosters opgericht. Hiermeekunnen we onze klanten helpen om hun online omzet te verhogen en hun groei te stimuleren. Middels effectieve en performance based marketingtechnieken, zoals SEO, SEA, Affiliate Marketing en Social Media, helpen wij vakantieparken groeien en floreren!

As Business Development Manager North Germany for Holiday Parks & Campsites, you'll drive customer acquisition and regional growth across Northern Germany. This remote role is ideally based near major transport hubs such as Hamburg, Bremen, Lübeck / Travemünde, Kiel or Kühlungsborn. You’ll manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approach tailored to partners in the holiday park and campsite sector, working closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction. You’ll report directly to the Manager Business Development Germany.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and follow up on new leads within our customer base
  • Carry out structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone calls
  • Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations
  • Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long‑term client relationships
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot)
  • Report on sales results and market trends to the Manager Business Development Germany
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy for the German market

  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or relevant experience within the recreation sector (holiday parks or campsites), ideally within SaaS or tech
  • A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions
  • A self‑starter with a proactive attitude and results‑driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry, in particular with campsites or holiday parks, will be a strong advantage
  • Excellent command of both German and English
