A Japanese parts manufacturer is currently recruiting a Business Development Executive in Poland or Hungary. This role is suitable for someone with extensive experience in B2B business development within the Automotive industry.

Fluency in English is required for this position.

SALARY : €25k-€30k depending on experience

LOCATION : Fully remote within Poland or Hungary (HQ: Timisoara, Romania)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop new business in Europe through identifying prospective businesses via direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, calling, and emails
  2. Manage the full-cycle sales process: from lead generation to negotiations and closing deals
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide high-level service

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  1. At least 3 years of business development experience in the Automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  3. Business level fluency in English
  4. Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Experience working within a Japanese environment is a bonus
  6. Willingness to travel within Europe
