As a Business Development Working Student / Intern, you focus on hands‑on execution that keeps our pipeline and projects moving – plus small contributions to improvements. The following tracks are designed for bachelor students with 90% execution and 10% project work focus:

Tracks Sales & Business Development · Project Development · Marketing & Communications · People & HR
Sales & Business Development

Execution (~90%)

  • Research landowners, contacts and stakeholders and build lead lists
  • Support outreach with draft emails, call preparation and simple follow‑ups
  • Update CRM (contacts, deals, activities) after interactions with prospects
  • Prepare meeting materials (slides, one‑pagers, simple overviews)

Project Work (~10%)

  • Bring improvement ideas on outreach scripts or list‑building approaches
  • Support small mini‑projects such as cleaning/segmenting existing data
Project Development

Execution (~90%)

  • Collect, label and file documents for concrete projects
  • Update project trackers after meetings and calls (status, next steps, deadlines)
  • Help prepare application forms and attachments (basic tables, PDFs, lists)
  • Assist with practical tasks like preparing info packages for landowners or councils

Project Work (~10%)

  • Support small improvements in how we structure project folders and trackers
  • Give input on what information is missing/unclear from an operational viewpoint
Marketing & Communications

Execution (~90%)

  • Draft social media posts and short texts based on input and briefings
  • Build and adjust slides and one‑pagers using existing templates
  • Help set up webinars/events in tools (registration pages, reminders, exports)
  • Collect performance metrics (views, sign‑ups, clicks) and log them in sheets

Project Work (~10%)

  • Suggest optimisations for recurring formats based on what you observe
  • Support tiny “clean‑up” or standardisation projects (template consistency, naming)
People & HR

Execution (~90%)

  • Pre‑screen CVs and LinkedIn profiles using clear criteria
  • Support candidate outreach (messages, follow‑ups) and scheduling
  • Maintain candidate lists and statuses in our tools
  • Prepare onboarding basics (accounts, simple docs, welcome info)

Project Work (~10%)

  • Contribute small ideas to improve candidate communication and clarity
  • Support documentation of simple HR/People processes (checklists, short guides)
Ihr Profil
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (e.g. Business, Engineering, Geography, Agriculture, Energy or related)
  • First experience from an internship or working student job is a plus, but not mandatory
  • You are reliable, structured and hands‑on – you like to support the team and get things done
  • Basic skills in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; you are not afraid of new tools (CRM, Notion, etc.)
  • You enjoy working with data and people: research, lists, documentation, follow‑ups
  • You are eager to learn about Agri‑PV, project development and sales on the job
  • You communicate clearly, ask when something is unclear, and keep others in the loop
  • Fluent in German (mother tongue); English is a plus
