Requirements
  • You have founded, scaled, or led businesses before – you know what ownership feels like.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on creating mutual growth opportunities with partners.
  • You have a track record of winning– hitting ambitious goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Proven success in luxury sales – you’ve consistently delivered exceptional results in premium retail environments.
  • You are strategic, fearless, and competitive– you play to win and inspire others to do the same.
  • Sales excellence: you can move mountains if that’s what’s needed.
  • You know how to analyze, plan, and execute – and you never shy away from accountability.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the flexibility to travel 70–80%.
  • Valid EU driver’s license.
