We are expanding our IT team and looking for a Business Application Specialist – Supply Chain Management to support and enhance our logistics and warehousing processes within the Infor M3 environment. In this role, you will work closely with our international teams to ensure smooth system operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our end-to-end supply chain processes. How you will spend your time as our next Business Application Specialist – Supply Chain Management :

As our new Business Application Specialist, you will support our logistics and warehousing team by ensuring that our IT systems meet business requirements. You will help to optimise system performance, support integrations (Manufacturing, Shopfloor systems, Warehousing), and assist with continuous improvements to our supply chain management and warehousing solutions.

Ensure that warehousing, manufacturing and quality management applications meet business needs and objectives, satisfy end-user requirements and identify and resolve issues with system applications

Support and enhance logistics and warehousing processes across inbound, outbound, and onsite logistics in Infor M3

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into IT system requirements and practical solutions

Ensure new software integrations meet functional requirements, comply with system standards, and align with interface specifications, including impact analysis of monthly cloud release updates (code drop)

Translate business requirements into working solutions and create technical designs and configuration documents.

Contribute to system development, testing, and training activities

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot system issues, and identify areas for process and system improvements

Coordinate with external support partners to maintain system performance and ensure service quality

What we expect of you :

Deep expertise with Infor M3 CloudSuite in manufacturing, shopfloor systems, and warehousing is essential.

Good understanding of WMS processes and Factory Track usage in warehouse environments

Previous experience in a global manufacturing environment; food industry background is a plus

Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance requirements

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience supporting application lifecycle activities, including development, operations, and support

Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations

A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus
