Blackwave is a growing scale-up where service plays a key role. We are looking for someone who keeps an overview, takes ownership, and organizes themselves independently in day-to-day operations.
The operation runs smoothly – even when leadership is not on site.
You will be our on-site Feel Good Manager (m/f/d) in Taufkirchen. In this role, you will:
Handle barista and service tasks during daily operations:You are passionate about coffee and enjoy taking your latte art to the next level for our employees and guests. At the same time, our community space is your playground – a place you proactively shape and bring to life.
Ensure hygiene and quality standards:Maintaining order, cleanliness, and structure comes naturally to you.
Independently identify and complete tasks in the community space, during events, when welcoming and supporting guests, and in other public areas.
Manage purchasing and ordering after onboarding, ideally with a proactive mindset when selecting, comparing, and working with suppliers.
Support office and hospitality management, especially when covering for our Office Manager and assisting our CEO.
Act as the main point of contact on site for guests and team members: Be the Feel Good Manager every company wishes they had.
Hands-on experience in a guest-facing role (service, café, hospitality, reception, or similar).
Barista experience is a big plus — or you bring a strong willingness to learn and level up fast (and love coffee of course)
Experience with purchasing or ordering, especially food and/or beverages, is highly valued.
A valid driver’s license (Class B) is required — this is non-negotiable.
A highly independent and responsible working style:you work with focus, speed, and structure, and after onboarding you naturally see what needs to be done and take care of it.
Reliability you can count on:you start your day on time and take working hours seriously.
A strong sense of quality and hygiene:cleanliness, order, and high standards are simply part of how you operate.
You take ownership of the guest experience, daily operations, and overall vibe:you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping the big picture in mind.
In the mid-term, you’re excited to fully step in for our Office Manager during vacation or sick leave —
you genuinely enjoy taking responsibility and being the go-to person on site.
Fluent German (C1 level or higher) and solid English skills (B2 level or higher) to communicate confidently in an international environment.
