Baker Responsibilities:

• Woking with ownership to createcustom recipes for all our locations.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets quality standards and food cost goals.
• Creating mixing, proofing, baking and delivery schedules so that each location has their order when they need them, usually 6:00 - 7:00 am.
• This is not a clip board job, you will be baking most of the time too!

Baker Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of baking history.
• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
• Flexibility in scheduling. Food/Bev sometimes requires mornings, weekend, nights & holidays.
• Ability to work in hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Must love working early in the morning.
• Must have valid California Drivers license and clean driving record.
