Ein führendes Raumfahrtunternehmen in Bayern sucht eine/n Praktikant/in für die Bachelorarbeit im Bereich ANITA. Zu den Aufgaben gehören das Testen von piezoelektrischen Pumpen und einem Gaszellenheizsystem. Qualifikationen

• Studierende eines Bachelorstudiums in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbarem Feld.
• Erfahrungen im Bereich Test- und Messsysteme von Vorteil.
• Selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung eines Testkonzepts für piezoelektrische Pumpen.
• Aufbau und Kontrolle von Testständen.
• Durchführung von Langzeittests und Flussmessungen.

Bachelorarbeit / Praktikum ANITA (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Lifetime Analysis of a Piezoelectric Pump
  • Develop a test concept for lifetime analysis of piezoelectric pumps for the next generation of ANITA trace gas analysis instruments (ISS & Gateway).
  • Set up and control test rigs, including CAD design, 3D‑printed parts, and microcontroller programming.
  • Perform long‑term tests and flow measurements on piezoelectric pumps.
  • Collect, process, and evaluate measurement data (pressure, flow‑rate, temperature).
  • Analyze results and prepare structured documentation.
• Testing a Gas Cell Heating System
  • Support the setup and commissioning of the ANITA3 breadboard (CAD design, 3D‑printed prototypes, soldering tasks).
  • Develop a test plan for validating the gas cell heating system.
  • Conduct thermal tests and functional checks of the gas cell heater.
  • Analyze and optimize control parameters for the heating system.
  • Document test procedures and evaluate results.
