Your mission
We are seeking a visionary B2B eCommerce platform leader who has successfully transformed a traditional eCommerce business into a best‑in‑class digital commerce ecosystem. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive innovation, scalability, and customer‑centric growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Own and scale the tech‑touch / self‑service motion across the bowtie funnel. You’ll architect a cloud‑native, API‑friendly, self‑service growth engine, orchestrate AI‑driven personalization, and deliver an omnichannel experience that converts, activates, and retains customers while accelerating online ARR.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for self‑service and tech‑touch channels across the customer lifecycle.
- Optimize the digital funnel to increase acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Design and implement data‑driven experiments to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and measure impact of campaigns.
- Own marketing automation, personalization, and self‑service onboarding flows.
- Set up and maintain a scalable reporting and analytics dashboard to track funnel performance, calculate ROI, and provide actionable insights for growth optimization.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or logistics tech.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, marketing automation, and self‑service strategies.
- Expertise in data analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, MS 365, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinker with a test‑and‑learn mindset and a passion for scaling online businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Architect the self‑service funnel: Define ICPs, journeys, and messaging; build onboarding, activation, and expansion loops that scale.
- Run experimentation at pace: A/B and multivariate testing across pages, pricing, packaging, and paywalls; deploy AI driven recommendations to lift conversion and LTV.
- Own growth automation: Implement lifecycle flows (acquisition → activation → retention → expansion) using HubSpot/Marketo + Microsoft Dynamics CRM; instrument events & attribution end to end.
- Lead omnichannel & marketplace growth: Integrate industry B2B marketplaces (catalog sync, pricing, order management) to acquire net new customers, expand internationally, and boost visibility.
- Partner across Sales & CS: Align with field sales and indirect/channel teams to ensure consistent product info, pricing, promotions, and hand‑offs for larger enterprise accounts.
- Measure and maximize performance: Ship dashboards for CVR, activation, payback, CAC, LTV, NRR, ARR via self‑service, marketplace ROI; iterate fast on insights.
Your profile
- Track record scaling B2B digital commerce or SaaS with double‑digit growth and meaningful ARR impact.
- Hands‑on growth chops: Journey design, pricing/packaging tests, funnel analytics, and marketing automation.
- Platform fluency: Mid‑market B2B stacks like Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, OroCommerce; plus HubSpot/Marketo, GA, A/B testing suites.
- Change leadership: Ability to lead cross‑functional squads (UX, product, data, dev) through digital transformation.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7 + years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages a benefit.
