Leadership & Team Management
- Provide leadership, management and administration of all employees (hangar & support functions)
- Lead organizational and cultural transformation initiatives, driving change management across all teams
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies including talent development, succession planning, and cultural evolution
Safety & Compliance
- Lead and drive the personnel safety program, taking ownership of safety initiatives beyond reporting
- Promote a Just Culture and ensure comprehensive incident and occurrence reporting through the Company Safety Management System
- Develop and oversee the approval of the maintenance organization exposition and associated procedures
- Assist management with quality audits, findings, corrective and preventative actions
Training & Development
- Design, implement and manage comprehensive training plans and systems for all maintenance trades
- Ensure regulatory compliance training programs are effectively delivered
- Drive continuous skill development to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational flexibility
Performance & Business Management
- Monitor operational performance and business KPIs, providing regular briefings, guidance, and support to teams
- Set direction aligned with Company vision and strategy, leading and developing Team Leaders and operational teams
- Take accountability for operational and commercial performance of the Maintenance Center
- Manage costs and budget, develop business cases to support operational, business or recruitment needs
Commercial & Strategic Activities
- Define and execute commercial strategy within agreed scope (to be defined in collaboration with JFA)
- Manage third-party contractual agreements within defined parameters
- Drive continuous process improvement using technologies, data analytics and innovative methods
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial environments
- Minimum 3 years of management experience with proven track record in change management
Language Requirements
- English language, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- German language proficiency (mandatory) - essential for effective leadership and cultural transformation in a predominantly German-speaking workforce
- French would be a plus
Technical Knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of EASA Part-145 requirements and Human Factors
- Deep understanding of Part 66 & Part-M regulations
