We are looking for Audio Video (AV) and E-meeting Support Specialists on behalf of and in support to our client for their locations in Munich, Germany and The Hague, The Netherlands. This position is intended to be carried out 100% on-site on these premises with occasional trips to Vienna and Berlin for special events.
Our client is a major European organization operating in a complex, multi-site environment. Its IT department plays a key role in maintaining and evolving systems that support business processes, collaboration, and innovation.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Operate the AV systems during events, like adjusting audio levels, switching to the right camera, adjusting image focus and lighting;
- Handle the daily preparation, set‑up and checks of hybrid AV conference/meeting rooms;
- and train participants, in particular organizers and interpreters, regarding end‑user AV systems and e‑meeting clients;
- Troubleshoot the audio and video systems, as well as usual audio & video computer peripherals;
- Record meetings, webinars, training sessions, interviews, witness hearings and inspections with a camera, the native e‑meeting software recording feature or a screen capturing software/device;
- Edit AV files using software of the Adobe Creative Suite (Post‑production), Davinci Resolve;
- Implement e‑meeting requests with related SW like MS Teams, Zoom as well as user engagement tool like Slido;
- Handle the daily management of AV and e‑meeting requests;
- Carry out hardware inventories, system upgrades, support of other teams during installations or repair of AV hardware.

Requirements
- IT or AV technical education;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience with AV systems (Bosch, Televic), MS Teams/Zoom and Adobe Creative Suite, Crestron and Blackmagic, including AV consoles;
- Experience with event coordination;
- Strong experience with digital AV consoles in the context of hybrid meetings and conferences with interpretation in large organisations;
- Strong experience in implementing and hosting e‑meeting with advanced settings in Zoom and Microsoft Teams;
- Experience in creating Q&A, Polls and Quiz in user engagement software like Slido, or similar features in e‑meeting SW like Teams and Zoom;
- Strong experience in customer‑facing roles;
- Highly familiar with AV usual HW, SW, protocols, such as AV Consoles, Crestron, Dante, Echo Cancelling, Black Magic equipment, Davinci Resolve;
- Highly familiar with e‑meeting software (Teams, Zoom), associated with specific hardware like Neat Bar;
- Knowledge of Streaming Platforms;
- Basic lighting skills;
- Ability to analyse and solve technical issues efficiently;
- Ability to communicate on different hierarchical and technical levels; clear and patient communication, both written and verbal, to guide users through resolutions;
- Focus on delivering a positive user experience;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously;
- Flexibility in learning new technologies and handling different types of issues;
- Ability to work effectively with other IT professionals and departments;
- Accuracy in documenting issues and following up on tasks;
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Fluency in French and/or German is considered an asset.
