Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung / Produktion und im Flugzeugbau erforderlich.
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.

Aufgaben

• Montage von Strukturkomponenten durch Joining von Einzelteilen.
• Anwenden von Korrosionsschutz und Oberflächenbehandlung.
• Versiegeln und Bohren von montierten Komponenten.
• Bearbeiten und Zuweisen von Produktionsaufträgen gemäß Zeitplan.

On behalf of our client, Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, we are currently looking for a qualified Assembly Mechanic Aviationto join the team in Varel as soon as possible. In this role, you'll be directly involved in structural assembly – from drilling and sealing to surface protection. You enjoy working with your hands, as part of a team, and close to aviation? The gross annual salary ranges between €40,500 and max. €42,600, depending on your qualifications.Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

• Assembling structural components by joining individual parts
• Applying surface protection and corrosion prevention, e.g. for screw connections
• Sealing and drilling of assembled components
• Assigning and processing production orders according to schedule

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, automotive mechanic, industrial mechanic, metalworker, or a similar metalworking profession
• Several years of professional experience in production/manufacturing and aircraft construction
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent German skills (min. C1) and basic English skills (min. A2)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
