A leading creative agency in Heidelberg is looking for a talented Conceptual Art Director to join their team on an 18-month fixed-term contract with the option for extension. The role involves developing innovative concepts for digital and social campaigns, designing visual content, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver impactful projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent communication skills. English proficiency is required, with a preference for candidates who speak German at a B2 level.

Position: Art Director w/m/d (18‑month FTC with option for extension)
Location: Heidelberg Germany (Office presence expected at minimum 2 days per week)

This position is ideal for someone with creative energy who specializes in developing innovative ideas and successfully implementing them on digital and social platforms. You will work closely with the creative directors to bring fresh and impactful concepts to life.
