Zusammenfassung

A hotel SaaS provider is looking for an Area Manager to lead efforts in Germany and Austria. You will be responsible for pitching Noovy's innovative technology to hoteliers and fostering meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, is fluent in German, and has a networker's mindset. This role offers a strong base salary of €2,500–€3,500 gross per month, quarterly commission, and the flexibility to work remotely in a vibrant and supportive environment.

As Noovy's local face, you'll travel across the country to connect with hoteliers and show how our

PMS all in one tech makes their lives easier. Expect a mix of strategic pitching, meaningful

relationships, and road trips with purpose.

Who is Noovy?

Noovy is Amsterdam based and a fast-growing, all-in-one hotel SaaS platform built by hoteliers, for hoteliers. Jonatan Tsuff, the founder built Noovy out of his own Hoteliers experience. We help

independent hotels digitize and simplify their operations, from reservations to revenue, check-in to

checkout. With our modern PMS, guest messaging, kiosk check-in, and payment solutions, we

deliver tech that actually works – so hoteliers can focus on what matters most : the guest.

With offices in Ireland, the Netherlands, we are a truly international team. Every new hire starts their journey with an onboarding in Amsterdam, and we reunite at least once a year at ITB Berlin / FITUR to connect, celebrate and align.

What you’ll do :
  • Proactively identify and creatively approach hotels in Germany and Austria, pitching Noovy as their next tech partner
  • Visit European fairs like ITB & IHS and Interorgan and local industry events
  • Run demos and collab with Marketing
  • Share market feedback to shape our product roadmap
  • Travel to meet hotels in person
You bring :
  • Native level German speaker
  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in hospitality / travel)
  • A networker's mindset and fluent German & English (native-level German required)
  • Confidence using digital tools (HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Full-time availability and valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
  • You live in South of Germany. Your target region is more of Austria
