We are looking to strengthen our engineering team with an Application Engineer (m/f/d) who will support our technical activities in the Asian region. You will begin with a structured onboarding period at our German headquarters before continuing your work in China.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent acquisition and management of customer projects
• Professional and comprehensive technical consultation and support for our customers — from initial inquiry through commissioning and troubleshooting
• Independent design of system solutions based on customer requirements, including experimental validation and calculation of project-specific system parameters
• Coordination of activities with internal project teams and affiliated companies
• On-site customer support and training
• Representation of the company at trade shows and industry events
• Continuous improvement and optimization of internal processes and application solutions based on market and customer feedback
• Active participation in intercultural communication and collaboration

Your Profile

• Degree in a technical field, e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of self-motivation, independent and customer-oriented working style, and strong team spirit
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) is a plus
• Initial experience in project management
• Enjoy working in intercultural environments with strong communication skills in international teams
• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and business-fluent English; German language skills or willingness to learn German are an advantage
