Airbus is looking for an Aircraft Doors Mechanism Designer (d / f / m) to support the doors operations team. The role involves leading technical developments within Airbus and delivering end-to-end design, integration, stress qualification, certification, and testing for the doors systems.
As a Mechanism Design Engineer you will work on developing an innovative mechanism (Airbus Patent) and collaborate across boundaries (design, stress, ME, M&P, industrial) to ensure delivery of engineering deliverables.
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry.
