The Opportunity

As an AI Project Manager within the professional services team, you will bridge the gap between clients, engineering, and product leadership. You will translate complex business requirements into actionable plans, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and manage multiple concurrent client projects from initiation through delivery. You’ll be working closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Your Work & Focus

• Lead planning and execution for up to 10 client projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines and budgets
• Gather and refine business requirements, translating them into detailed project plans and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and client stakeholders) to align priorities and remove roadblocks
• Establish and monitor project KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation
• Provide clear communication of progress, risks, and solutions to internal teams and clients
• Contribute to improving internal processes, project management frameworks, and client engagement strategies
• Support product feedback loops by sharing insights from client deployments with the engineering and product teams

Essential Skills

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven experience managing multiple technology projects in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment
• Familiarity with AI / ML or SaaS products and an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly
