Engagement includes coaching multiple teams Scrum Masters and contributing to global topics like Jira configuration value stream design AI for SDLC DevOps CoPs and maturity assessments. Positive operational mindset required no Agile pessimists!

Description

We have an on-going consultancy engagement with a global insurance company. The ask is to support their Agile transformation journey with a blend of hands-on coaching at business unit level and participation in enterprise-wide initiatives. This role spans multiple teams engaging directly with Scrum Masters and leadership while contributing to organizational restructuring tooling (Jira) AI in SDLC DevOps enablement and Agile maturity assessments. Seeking proactive coaches who bring energy positivity and operational delivery focus.

Role Details

The role is based in the companys Koln office and will involve 2 days / week onsite hybrid. The working language is English.

Lithe is offering a rate of up to 550 Euros / day. The initial contract will be for 6 months with strong likelihood of extensions to 1 year
