We are looking for an experienced Account Management Specialist to work within our LCA Account Management team focused on the Western Europe market and large global customers.

You will join a supportive effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.
This full-time permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Western Europe.
What you will do :
- You will lead our efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base focused on mid-tier and large customers playing a key role in driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention
- Build strong trusted relationships with our customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention
- Own and manage our renewals so that this compelling event is maximised as much as possible
- Identify nurture and close expansion opportunities utilising our impactful array of products for cross-selling and effectively white space mapping your portfolio
- Use the data at your disposal and work closely with CS Ops to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them
- Work closely with colleagues in the Western Europe market team to act on industry opportunities attend events and back up marketing campaigns
- Proactively segment and sort accounts under your management to ensure your time is spent targeting the right customers in the right order
- There are plenty of opportunities to drive improvements in the way we retain and grow our customer base. You will be expected to seize them and be a changemaker for the better
What you need :
You have proven experience in B2B SaaS working in Customer Success or Account Management to drive NRR across a portfolio of customersExperience in identifying nurturing and closing 15000 revenue expansion opportunitiesData driven. You use the data at your disposal to identify insights and come up with plans to act on themYou are proactive and creative. Each customer is different and you love figuring out how to engage themYou are happy picking up the phone to customers as a way to drive retention or expansionYou are an orchestrator and a collaborator. You know you cant win every retention battle or expansion opportunity on your own and you know when to engage sales product CS or others to maximise the chances of successYou are metrics-driven. You thrive on challenging individual and team targetsYou speak fluent English as it is our working language. French is seen as a big plusExperience in LCA building sustainability or embodied carbon-related fields is not essential but would be beneficialWhat we offer :
