Culture and Compensation

  • Strong Compensation:
  • Base: $100K–$120K
  • Uncapped Commission: Reps are currently earning $180K–$210K
  • Full benefits package
Your Role
  • Manage a local DFW territory focused on women’s health providers

  • Manage existing accounts and grow revenue through clinical value, service, and partnership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
Ideal Background
  • 3+ years of experience in medical, diagnostics, or lab sales
  • Must Have Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven hunter mentality – you know how to open doors
  • Strong relationships in the OBGYN/women’s health provider space a big plus
  • Track record of exceeding quota and growing territory revenue
