About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our Uber Eats team in Berlin. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in expanding our restaurant network across the country. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying potential leads to successfully integrating new restaurant partners.

Your Responsibilities

Lead cold-calling campaigns via phone and email to acquire new restaurant partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute sales campaigns via coldcalling to expand Uber Eats’ presence across Germany.
  • Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top‑tier restaurants.
  • Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to improve strategies and operations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Ideally, some experience in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners.
  • Proficient in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable.
