The company creates digital networks that connect institutional clients with highly qualified service providers across industries such as insurance, property management, legal advice, healthcare, and craft services. They not only provide access to trusted providers but also digitalise the entire process from order to invoice, driving efficiency and value in traditional industries.
As they expand into Germany, we’re seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to drive new business growth and help shape their go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role for a consultative SaaS sales professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is motivated by building from scratch.
You will:
Demonstrated ability to work with margins and enhance portfolio performance. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage partners effectively. Entrepreneurial spirit, open to performance-based benefits (BSPCE). 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Ideal Candidate: proven track record in sales, especially in business development or account management specifically in channel and partnership sales. Exceptional skills in raising and managing sales activities, with a keen commercial sense. Experience as a Business Manager / Business Developer / Account Executive, adept in sales and understands how to lead a portfolio to ensure optimal performance.
