Overview
As an Assistant/Technician in the Dolby Germany GmbH Nuremberg site, the qualified candidate will be responsible for running our Audio and Video Laboratories. This includes fixing Hardware and Software issues of our professional and consumer audio/video equipment, documentation of the labs, managing repair activities of external professionals as well as training of users. Furthermore, the qualified candidate will support our engineering development activities. This includes setup and fixing necessary IT equipment or help with setting up audio/video demos and prototypes or testing A/V devices. In this job you will be the main contact for our local technical facilities and work with different organizations, such as our global Lab Infrastructure Management Team, our global IT Team or our local Engineering Development Team. It requires good English communication skills, the ability to work independently, on-site, thoroughly and orderly.
