Affirm Insured is seeking experienced and Licensed Medicare Sales Agents to join our dynamic remote team! As a part of Affirm Insured, you will help customers make informed Medicare healthcare decisions by expertly matching them with the optimal products and services. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience and maintaining the highest level of integrity while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.

The Impact You Will Make:

• Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
• Complete transactional sales through closing.
• Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• Make outbound calls to follow up and close business.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Bring:

• MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE.
• Experience selling Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred.
• Experience selling individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone.
• Excellent computer software skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Project, and Internet skills).
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Must be flexible with hours, including possible weekends.
• Overtime, including weekends, may be required during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

About the Role:

This is a contract remote role for Medicare 1099 Agents. As a 1099 Medicare agent, you will help people who are eligible for Medicare find a plan that meets their needs and assist them with the enrollment process. You will review clients' healthcare plans, help them evaluate their needs against the services and coverage they are eligible to receive, and make recommendations about obtaining supplemental insurance. You will also help people understand their options for prescription drug, vision, and dental policies.

Qualifications:

• 1099 Medicare agents will need to have their health license, at least 10 state licenses, required certification, and contracts with our carriers.
• Must have at least one year of experience in the industry and be a top producer converting at 15% or above.
• Must be comfortable working remotely.

Requirements:

• Health License and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Prior experience in Medicare sales or at least AHIP certification.
• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in your state of residence.
• Licensed in at least 10 states.
• Experience in healthcare, specifically Medicare, Affordable Care Act, or individual health plans.
• Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or newer (Apple/Mac, tablets, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible).
• Webcam for video capabilities.
• At least 4GB of RAM.
• High-speed internet via a wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot).
• Minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and download speed of 10 Mbps.
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended).
• Available cell phone, tablet, or landline for multi-factor authentication

• Compensation: Agents are paid $200+ per policy. Compensation is based on agents' results.
