Job summary
A leading software company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Software Developer to translate technical specifications into tested applications. The candidate must have over 10 years of Siebel experience and be skilled in programming and analysis. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software problems and collaborating with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home.
From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully.
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.

Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.
- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
- Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
- Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
- Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools

- Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
