Business Development Representative (BDR) – Logix ITS

We are looking for a growth-oriented, results-driven BDR to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be a key player in our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts for our All Traffic Solutions division in the US and North America. We're seeking a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands customer needs, and is motivated to hit goals and grow their career. Our team brings positive energy every day, and we love celebrating each other’s wins!

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Research and identify key opportunities (white space, GTM campaigns, available grant funding, traffic safety initiatives, municipal budgets for traffic calming, etc).
  2. Mine for new contacts through our data mining tools and by leveraging LinkedIn and Google.
  3. Identify key contacts within accounts in your territory.
  4. Use Outreach.io to engage with customers and develop relationships with them.
  5. Create personalized prospecting emails and manage email campaigns.
  6. Present results of prospecting outbound email and call campaigns.
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  8. Occasional travel to trade shows to generate more leads and opportunities.
  9. Partner with our Territory Managers to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.
  10. Maintain active engagement with new and existing prospects through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products.
  11. Achieve quarterly quota of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications :
  1. Ideally 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling, with a focus on customer interaction.
  2. Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics.
  5. Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new tools and software.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  7. High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative.
  8. Comfort thriving within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  9. Knowledge of Traffic / Public Safety industry is advantageous.
  10. Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
