Job Description:

We’re seeking a Store Operations Specialist to enhance our store policies and processes, ensuring smooth project rollouts and effective communication with internal teams. You will partner with various departments to maintain customer satisfaction programs, provide technical support, and drive operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to influence leadership, optimize tools, and participate in process improvement projects, all while supporting and mentoring team members. What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and implement enhancements to existing Store Operations policies, processes, and programs, including project plans for new and relocated stores, damages, door-to-floor, markdowns, and service areas.
  • Assess and determine strategies to support project rollouts, including scheduling, documentation, policies, procedures, and communication, in collaboration with internal teams such as Training, Technology, Workforce Planning, Merchandise, and Field Presentation.
  • Partner with Customer Service and Media & Insights teams to maintain the Customer Satisfaction Survey Program, analyze reports, create operational guides, and coordinate vendor meetings.
  • Communicate new Store Operations processes and programs to field teams, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Implement detailed timelines, set priorities, and manage operational initiatives effectively.
  • Drive store communications, training, and outreach related to sustainability, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility within Store Operations.
About You:
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant retail operations experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in Retail, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or progress towards certification is an asset.
  • Knowledge of project control principles and systems management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and research effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including change management, time management, and multitasking abilities, with minimal supervision.
