This is a full-time on-site role located in Halifax, NS for a Store Manager at Boathouse/Blackwell Supply Company. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.

• Experience in managing staff and store operations
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising concepts
• Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
