Job summary
A leading merchandising firm in Canada is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to set up product displays and maintain inventory across various retail locations. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, demonstrate reliability, and possess experience in merchandising. This role offers flexibility with working hours, primarily between Monday and Friday. Applicants must reside in the specified location and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Qualifications

- Experience in merchandising within grocery or big box settings.
- Strong smartphone skills for imaging and data collection.
Responsibilities
- Set up attractive product displays and arrange products according to planograms.
- Modify and dismantle product displays while adhering to quality standards.
- Complete online reports and maintain communication with clients.

Wage: $16 per hour
Hours: Casual Hours
Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, but offers flexibility (Immediate Start)
- Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
- Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
- Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
- Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
- To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
- Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long‑term partnerships.
- Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
- Must be willing to drive to nearby communities, therefore a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Is familiar with merchandising in a grocery, drug store or big box setting.
- Can read and execute planograms
- Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps
- Has a self‑starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
- Shows enthusiasm and maintains a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
