Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned handheld device and modular activities, maintaining a stocked and zoned salesfloor, and assisting customers to meet their shopping needs. This involves maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Associate will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What You'll Do

• Providing excellent Customer Service : Greeting customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns when necessary.
• Review workload for the assigned store area.
• Support the Customer Availability Process : Working with merchandise, Cap bins, and stock picks.
• Complete price changes and accurately sign merchandise.
• Set and finalize modulars and merchandising areas.
• Ensure modular integrity and address PI and shelf capacity errors.
• Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and complete zoning tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Assist other task teams as needed to meet customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
