A leading technology company is looking for an AI Software Metrics & Integration Engineer to enhance software development processes through data integration and analytics. The role focuses on metric design, data quality, AI impact analysis, and dashboard creation to provide insights for engineering teams. Candidates should have strong programming skills in Python and SQL, experience with data visualization tools, and a background in engineering workflows. This position is based in Ontario, Canada, with flexible working options.
At AMD, our mission is to build great products that accelerate next-generation computing experiences—from AI and data centers, to PCs, gaming and embedded systems. Grounded in a culture of innovation and collaboration, we believe real progress comes from bold ideas, human ingenuity and a shared passion to create something extraordinary. We push the limits of innovation to solve the world’s most important challenges—striving for execution excellence, while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond.
As a AI Software Metrics & Integration Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of software engineering, data, and AI-driven automation. Your primary focus is to connect our engineering tools and data, define the right metrics, and turn that information into dashboards and insights that improve how we build, test, and release software.
You will integrate data from source control, CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking, and test systems, and work with AI/automation initiatives to understand their real impact on quality and productivity.
You are a hands‑on engineer who enjoys understanding how work actually flows through an organization and turning that into measurable, actionable data. You are comfortable writing Python and SQL, integrating with APIs, and building dashboards that make complex systems easy to understand. You are curious about how AI and automation can make engineering better and you communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
