As a Flight Controls Systems Engineer at BETA, you will be a part of the Systems Engineering & Airworthiness team, which is responsible for developing safety‑critical system architectures and driving them through design, integration, validation, and test to certification. Specifically, you will be a key stakeholder contributing to the development and certification of BETA’s fly‑by‑wire flight control system, working with an experienced, multi‑disciplinary team of Flight Sciences, Control Laws, Flight Test, Airborne Hardware & Software, Systems, Safety, and Certification engineers. You will perform technical trade studies, design reviews, requirements and interface definition and management, modeling/simulation/analysis, and test development and execution required to safely fly and certify the flight control system on BETA’s aircraft.
$90,000 - $140,000 a year
