About the Role

Advantage Group International is seeking a DevOps, Team Lead to own and evolve our cloud and DevOps practice. This is an opportunity for a DevOps leader who is passionate about automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on practitioner, capable of defining a technical roadmap while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑day engineering. You will be responsible for the full DevOps lifecycle and will partner closely with engineering teams to foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a DevOps evangelist, embedding DevOps principles across engineering teams

• Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Partner with engineering leadership to align infrastructure and delivery practices plains business goals

• Define and execute the DevOps and cloud roadmap

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP, with openness retali Azure)

• Ensure environments are secure, scalable, highly available, and cost‑optimized

• Optimize the full infrastructure, with a focus on modernizing, hardening security, and enhancing monitoring.

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows

• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure reproducible and auditable environments

• Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application delivery, and operational tasks

• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alert(Graphics) solutions to ensure system health and performance

• Define and enforce security best practices across the development lifecycle

• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with GCP (preferably) or Azure

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (GKE or equivalent)

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or equivalent

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK

• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security

• Experience supporting relational and/or NoSQL databases in cloud environments pak

Leadership & Mindset

• Proven experience mentoring or leading DevOps engineers

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

• Ownership-driven, proactive, and pragmatic approach to problem solving

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on reliability and system quality

• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across teams

• Change passion for optimization, automation, and continuous learning
